Top 5 Food and Drink Apps on Android in Egypt for Q3 2023

Throughout the third quarter of 2023, the performance of the top five Food and Drink applications on the Android platform in Egypt has shown notable trends. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the key metrics of weekly downloads and active users for talabat: Food, grocery & more, McDonald's, KFC Egypt - Order Food Online, Breadfast: Groceries And More, and BAZOOKA.

talabat: Food, grocery & more saw a consistent decline in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 50.8K in late June and dropping to around 30.9K by the end of September. Active users also showed a general decrease, from nearly 790K at the beginning of the quarter to around 714K by the end of September.

McDonald's experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, with the highest being approximately 50.5K in late June and the lowest around 20.4K in mid-September. Active users showed a similar trend, starting at about 289K and ending at roughly 247K.

KFC Egypt - Order Food Online displayed stable weekly downloads, peaking at around 42.1K in late June and gradually decreasing to about 26.3K by the end of September. The app's active users remained relatively steady, fluctuating between 319K and 272K over the quarter.

Breadfast: Groceries And More maintained a consistent download rate, with weekly figures hovering between 7K and 8.6K. Active users also showed stability, ranging from 15.5K to 17.1K throughout the quarter.

BAZOOKA saw a notable drop in weekly downloads, from about 11.5K in late June to around 7.1K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, decreasing from approximately 19.3K to 15.2K over the same period.
